- Developed a reverse ETL process for Zendesk Sell, enhancing operational efficiency by 20% by automating data export, validation, and imports with dbt models and Airflow DAGs, while leveraging S3 and Snowflake for data storage and ingestion.
- Created scheduled Airflow DAGs to automate the removal of duplicate profiles in Braze, decreasing duplicates from 80,000 to 4,000 by utilizing dbt models and Braze APIs for efficient data management.
- Collaborated with different business teams to understand and maintain the organization dbt project. Facilitated the migration of 10 Tableau dashboards to Looker, implementing LookML data models and preparing required views and explores for effective data visualization.
